For your product to be returned, the packaging should be intact & in the same condition that you received it.

If you receive a damaged product, we would require proof for the same.

Refunds policy

Once we have received your return, we will inspect it. Post inspection, we will notify you through an email or via text message that we have received your return.

If the return is approved during quality check, we will issue you a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

No or delayed refunds

If you haven’t received your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, you might want to check your bank account details.

If the amount still did not show up on your end, kindly get in touch with your respective bank.
